CISS
A thread from examnotes.net: nero64: Sorry to ask this question which has probably been answered before. What exam paths have people taken here to get the CCNP. Should I take the BSCI & BCMSN seperately or the composite exam which comprises them both. I gather there are 4 or 3 exams to take. I took 4 months to get the CCNA, so should take a 8 - 12 Months getting the CCNP ------ genocyber: Start with the BSCI exam as all other exam's build off this. Next complete the BCMSN followed by BCRAN and lastly CIT. This is the order in which I completed the exams, and found once I completed both the BSCI and BCMSN exams, not only was I half way through my CCNP the other two exams seemed very easy in comparison. ------ 117wik: I did mine in the same order as genocyber too. How much hands on experience do you have with cisco etc nero64 ? Don;t bother going for certification like CCNP if cisco is not what you do day in and out, as you will just forget evreything you learn in 12 months time (that's what happen to me anyway, i do support cisco router switches etc but hardly ever deal with bgp and i have forgotten most of it)
